- I have heard discussions about the cybercom driver and the Windows
- comm.drv and personally I have not noticed any difference, but I have
- only been on the internet for a short time and use a few software
- packages. Also, I'm not sure what improvements cybercom has over the
- comm.drv. The reason why I use it is because it is shareware and
- thought I'd try it out. I would also like to say that I still had
- comm overruns with the cybercom driver and it stopped when I lowered
- the serial port baud rate to 19200. The modem still connects at
- 24000/28800/V34/V42BIS.
