  39. I have heard discussions about the cybercom driver and the Windows
  40. comm.drv and personally I have not noticed any difference, but I have
  41. only been on the internet for a short time and use a few software
  42. packages.  Also, I'm not sure what improvements cybercom has over the
  43. comm.drv.  The reason why I use it is because it is shareware and
  44. thought I'd try it out.  I would also like to say that I still had
  45. comm overruns with the cybercom driver and it stopped when I lowered
  46. the serial port baud rate to 19200.  The modem still connects at
  47. 24000/28800/V34/V42BIS.
